Healing and Recovery Program
There comes a moment in life when you realize you can’t keep carrying the same emotional weight and expect things to change. Healing doesn’t happen by pretending everything is okay. It happens when we finally take the time to understand what has shaped our hearts, what behaviors and mindsets are the evidence of our wounds, and the purpose of the journey that shaped us. That’s why I created the 12-Module Heart Rehab Recovery Course. The course walks you through powerful topics like: • Understanding emotional wounds • Rebuilding your identity • Setting healthy boundaries • Learning to trust yourself again • Forgiveness and emotional freedom • Growing in faith while healing This isn’t surface-level motivation. It's a guided healing journey designed for women who are ready to grow, reflect, and rebuild from the inside out. Click on the classroom tab and join 💞

Dear Graduates of Heart Rehab's Healing & Recovery Program
Congratulations again on completing the Heart Rehab Healing & Recovery Program 🥳🤩 That is something worth celebrating!! Taking the time to explore your emotions, reflect on your experiences, and strengthen your relationship with Jesus requires courage and honesty. Not everyone is willing to do that kind of personal work. You did. You stayed the course, and that matters. We Would Love to Hear From You 💞 If you feel comfortable, please share a post in the community answering a few of these questions: • Which module impacted you the most? • What is one insight you gained about yourself during this journey? • What emotional or spiritual practice do you plan to continue after the course? • What would you say to someone who is thinking about starting Heart Rehab? Your reflection may encourage someone else who is beginning their own healing journey 🫶 Thanks Love!!

Struggling with severe anxiety?
Anxiety is not a lack of faith. It’s often a sign that our body learned it had to stay alert to survive. Anxiety often comes from feeling alone, unsafe, or responsible for holding everything together. This verse below addresses those fears by offering presence, support, and steadiness—not correction. God does not say, “Stop being afraid.” He says, “I am with you.” 📖 Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Trauma-Informed Application: Instead of forcing calm within you, let this scripture become a tool and grounding reminder: - I am not alone in this moment. - I do not have to hold myself together by force. - Support is already present. Read/meditate on the verse slowly. Pause after each line. Let your body catch up to the truth. What are your thoughts?
