Heart Rehab's One Year Anniversay Retreat!
Our First Women's Retreat is scheduled for March 2027!!. Please refer to the Calendar tab, and click on the 3 dots to send the calendar reminder to your calendar. The date was obviously an easy pick but now we need the perfect ladies' vibe for the location. Help us!

🌲 Woodsy retreat (nature, water, long walks, quiet & cozy)
🏙 City escape (busy streets, shopping adventures, convenience)
🌊 Waterfront vibes (lake/beach, calming + open space)
It doesnt matter. Anywhere with the girls is the vibe 💅
