If you're too busy for workouts, too tired to cook healthy, and haven't made it to church in years… welcome to the club. That’s exactly who Healtheology is for. Healtheology is a faith-centered wellness experience where we practice getting healthy relationally, physically, mentally, and spiritually—through movement, meditation, Scripture, and real community. 💪 🧘‍♀️ 📖 👭 At this free Open House, you’ll get a preview of what a Healtheology session looks like. Think: • A short, real-life Bible teaching • Functional movement (nothing fancy 😅) • Breath prayer + Scripture meditation • Real conversation and community No experience needed. We are just under 1 week away from our in-peron Healtheology event on March 24!! A space for Breath Prayer, Movement, Scripture Memorization, Meditation, Bible Study, Community, and Commissioning. I'm so exciting for us all to experience this TOGETHER! If you can't make it in-person, don't fret. I'll be sharing snippets here digitally, and we'll eventually be housing full sessions online!
