Calm increases your receiving ability. “Stress says: protect. Calm says: receive.” MONEY FLOW ANCHOR Take a slow breath in… Long breath out… Again… Let your shoulders drop. Let your tongue relax from the roof of your mouth. Let your belly soften. Right now… Nothing is urgent. Nothing is collapsing. You are safe.” Now bring to mind your current income level. Notice how your body responds. Tight? Neutral? Alert? Now imagine it increasing. Notice again. This is your safety edge.” “We are not forcing this edge. We are expanding it.” INSTALLING A NEW SAFETY Imagine money as warm light. Not pressure. Not responsibility. Not stress. Just support. See it flowing toward you. And your body staying calm. Breathing steady. Heart slow. Jaw relaxed. Repeat inside: It is safe to have more. It is safe to hold more. It is safe to manage more. It is safe to grow. Calm equals capacity. We covered the past week of the Zero Limits 90 day spring Week 6 — Releasing Control & Trusting Flow Control is fear in disguise. Today we’re not becoming passive. We’re becoming powerful. Your nervous system learned: - If I control, I survive. - If I predict, I’m safe. - If I manage everything, I won’t be hurt. DAILY 2-MINUTE “CONTROL RELEASE” PROCESS Every morning or whenever overthinking starts: 1️⃣ Place one hand on heart 2️⃣ Take one slow breath 3️⃣ Say: “I release control. I choose trust. I move — then I allow.” 4️⃣ Physically open your palms. Body cue = open hands Nervous system cue = safety in release This retrains the brain quickly. NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET ACTIVATION “The Flow Reset” 1. Write down: 2. Ask: 3. Take one aligned action. 4. Then deliberately STOP. 5. No checking. No refreshing. No forcing. You are training: Movement + Allowing. Not obsession. ANCHORING Releasing the Grip – Installing Flow Take a slow breath in through your nose… And a long breath out through your mouth… Again… In… And out… Let your shoulders soften. Let your jaw unclench. Let your belly release. Right now… Nothing needs to be controlled. You are safe in this moment.” “Now… Notice where in your life you’ve been gripping. Trying to make something happen. Trying to push. Weekly activation Call notes and thanks for your patience while my laptop created havoc all yesterday afternoon. It decides:• How much money feels ‘safe’• How much ease feels ‘normal’• How much success feels ‘allowed’ If you grew up with:– Stress– Uncertainty– Survival– Inconsistency Your system learned:‘More money = danger.’ So when money starts coming…The body panics.And unconsciously blocks it.” Key Line: “We don’t attract money. We permit it.” Today we install a new safety code. Not mentally. In your body. In your cells. In your subconscious. So money feels: ✔ Normal ✔ Safe ✔ Familiar ✔ Sustainable” ANCHOR IT IN Find a comfortable position.Feet on the floor “Take a deep breath in…Slow breath out… Again…In through the nose…Out through the mouth… Let your shoulders drop.Let your jaw soften.Let your belly relax. You are safe. You are held.Nothing is required.” “Your body is learning:Stillness is safe.Expansion is safe.Receiving is safe.” “Now gently…Bring to mind a time when money felt stressful. Not dramatic.Just familiar. Maybe:– Checking your account– Paying a bill– Waiting for income– Feeling unsure Notice where you feel it in your body. No judgment. Just awareness.” “This is old protection.Old survival.Old wiring. Thank it. It kept you alive. But it doesn’t get to lead anymore.” “Now imagine… You in the future.Six months from now. Calm.Grounded. Confident.Money flowing. Bills paid easily. Choices available. Breathing freely. Notice your posture. Her energy your presence. This is you.” “Now step into your body. Feel how safe it is. How steady. How relaxed. This is your new normal.” “Let this version of you place your hands on your heart. And transmit to you: ‘I am safe with money.’ ‘I am steady with success. ’‘I am grounded in overflow.’ ‘I hold wealth with ease.’” “Now create your anchor. Gently press your thumb and finger together. As you do, say inside: ‘This is my wealth safety code.’ Every time I do this… My body remembers. My nervous system stabilises.

We tried Skool wasn't successful unfortunately so no recording. The call was very beneficial to those who attended @Pam Carson @Willow Williams @Bonnie Aspen thank you for being present. We checked in with what our wins have been, what our body is feeling when money comes in, how we respond/react to earning money We discussed “Becoming Safe With More Money” Money & Identity Transition into Activation We did a process for regulation, accessing the subconscious, upgrading the identity around money, and we anchored the state to allow the flow and finally we did a daily integration practice. Each morning before you start Say this out loud and write it down Every morning: Hand on chest + belly. Say: “I am safe to receive.I am safe to hold.I am safe to grow. Money loves my nervous system.” Breathe for 3 minutes. And finally a zero limits energy activation You stop blaming:Time.Age.Economy.Past. You start owning:Energy.Identity.Frequency.Choice. You are the CEO of your nervous system.The CEO of your zero limits, money and wealth.The CEO of your life.” I have also attached a blank cheque - what is the figure you would write on this for this month to remove any pressure and how would you spend it? This is real tap into your body and feel what feels right , what feels safe so you can use this effectively and bring it in safely.
