Now bring to mind your current income level.
Notice how your body responds.
Tight?
Neutral?
Alert?
Now imagine it increasing.
Notice again.
This is your safety edge.”

Every time you touch your chest this way,
your body remembers:

Slow breath.
Whenever you feel:
• Overwhelm
• Scarcity
• Checking accounts obsessively
• Stress about clients
Do this:
1️⃣ Stand up.
2️⃣ Shake out arms + shoulders for 20 seconds.
3️⃣ Take one deep breath.
4️⃣ Say out loud:
“I release pressure.
I release urgency.
I release control.
Money flows when I am regulated.”
5️⃣ Place hand on chest.
6️⃣ Slow exhale.
This interrupts cortisol spikes.
Resets the body.
Stops scarcity loops fast.
NOW
Write down:
- Where did I feel stressed about money this week?
What story was running?
Cross out the story.
- Write:“A calm nervous system creates cashflow.”
- 5 minutes of slow breathing.
- Hand on chest.
- Visualise next week flowing smoothly.
- No pushing
No forcing.
Just stabilising.
