I have heard it mentioned, but I have not tried it myself. I’m still using ChatGPT.
39/90 Zero Limits: Letting Life Lead: Releasing The Need To Orchestrate
🔥🔥 Welcome Members to Day 39 — Letting Life Lead: Releasing the Need to Orchestrate Today's Focus: Moving from controller to co-creator Today we are discussing Why planning everything blocks miracles How rigidity repels opportunity The nervous system of receptivity Living in response mode Your question… How much of your life are you secretly managing? Planning. Predicting. Preparing. Rehearsing. Not because you love structure… Because somewhere inside you learned: If I don’t control this…it could fall apart. So you became the organiser. The fixer. The strong one. The one who holds it all. And it kept you safe. Once. But now… It’s costing you. Because orchestration is exhausting. It keeps your nervous system on duty. Always alert. Always scanning. Always bracing. And here’s what that steals… It steals spontaneity. It steals surprise. It steals timing. It steals money flow. It steals miracles. Because miracles require space. And control fills every gap. Let me ask you… Who taught you that you had to manage everything? When did you learn that trusting life was dangerous? What happened when you once let go and got hurt? Where did softness become unsafe? Feel that in your body. Not the story. The sensation. Now breathe… And tell your nervous system: I don’t have to hold everything. I am supported. I am allowed to receive. I trust the flow. Because wealth responds to receptivity. Opportunity moves toward openness. Money follows coherence. Rigid systems repel expansion. Regulated systems attract it. When you relax your grip… Life steps in. When you release the script… New scenes appear. When you stop managing…You start receiving. Today’s activation: Follow one unexpected impulse. One nudge. One idea. One invitation. One feeling. Without overthinking. Without controlling the outcome. Just respond. And watch what happens. Because response mode is wealth mode. It is partnership. It is leadership. It is Zero Limits identity. You are not losing direction. You are upgrading alignment.

I have been a planner for many years because of my job that I had. Now that I am retired, I have let some of that go but there are still some things that I plan.

38/90 Zero Limits: Overthinking Is Self Abandonment In Diguise
🔥🔥 Welcome Members to Day 38 — Overthinking Is Self-Abandonment in Disguise Today’s Focus is around: When you stop trusting your own knowing And today’s discussion is on How thinking replaces feeling Why intuition gets muted by fear The safety of “mental noise” Returning to embodied truth Today is a profound turning point — this is where you reclaim your inner authority and return from theToday is designed to dissolve overthinking at a cellular and identity level and restore embodied trust. “Question… When was the last time you knew what to do…and talked yourself out of it? You felt it in your body. You sensed the yes. You heard the quiet guidance. And then…your mind rushed in. ‘What if I’m wrong?’ ‘What if I fail?’ ‘What if I look silly?’ ‘What if this doesn’t work?’ So you started thinking. Replaying. Analysing. Doubting. Looping. And without realising it…you walked away from yourself. Because overthinking is not intelligence. It is self-abandonment. It is your nervous system saying:‘Feeling is unsafe. Let’s hide in thoughts.’ Thinking replaces feeling when feeling once led to pain. When trusting yourself once had consequences. When being intuitive wasn’t supported. So the mind became your shield. Mental noise became your safety. Busyness became your hiding place. And here’s what that steals… It steals confidence. It steals timing. It steals flow. It steals money. It steals self-trust. Because wealth responds to embodied authority. Not mental debate. Here is another set of questions for you… Where in your life have you stopped listening to yourself? Where do you already know the answer…but pretend you don’t? When did you decide your body couldn’t be trusted? Who taught you that logic was safer than truth? Feel that. No fixing. No judging…. Just noticing. Now take a breathe… Place your hand on your heart or belly somewhere that you feel things And repeat this yourself: ‘I trust my knowing.’ ‘I trust my signals.’ ‘I trust my timing.’ ‘I am safe in my intuition.’

I have talked myself out of so many things over the years, even when I knew I should act, fear stopped me. I would tell myself "I will when or after .... I will" That held me back for years.

I'm from a small community & our little development corp. sponsored a dinner theater tonight. The little skit was put on by volunteers in our community & the meal was prepared by members of the development corp & our local Cattlemen's assoc. I took my Mom so she could have an evening out.
