One of the biggest myths about healing is that you’ll feel ready.
Most of the time… you won’t.
When you’ve spent years in survival mode, choosing something different can feel uncomfortable.
-Setting a boundary might make you anxious.
-Going for the walk might feel impossible.
-Opening the workbook might feel overwhelming.
-Watching that first lesson might bring up emotions you’d rather avoid.
That doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
It means you’re doing something your nervous system isn’t used to.
Your nervous system often prefers what’s familiar—even when what’s familiar hasn’t been good for you.
So don’t wait until you’re fearless.
Don’t wait until you’re motivated.
Don’t wait until it feels easy.
Do it scared.
Take one small step anyway.
Because every time you choose yourself, you’re teaching your nervous system that this new way of living is safe.
🌿 If you’ve been feeling stuck, don’t overthink it. Open the Classroom and choose just ONE resource. One lesson. One guide. One challenge.
You don’t have to do everything today.
Just take the next small step.
❤️ What’s one thing you’re going to do today—even if it feels a little scary?
