If I could point to one thing that actually helped me stay consistent it’s emotional regulation. Learning to sit with discomfort instead of avoiding it changed how I eat, train, study, and even how I show up for my daughter and goals. Discipline isn’t about forcing yourself to grind it’s about not running away when you don’t feel like it.
