My intention with the flow of this space is this... At the beginning of every week I will upload one new weekly: - Affirmation (for you to use, hold onto, come back to and repeat in as many moments as you need to, this can be your anchor!) - Prompt (a journal prompt or written exercises for you to explore and dive into yourself and your healing with guidance) - Practice (a video or recording of a breath work practice, EFT tapping practice, somatic practice, movement practice, etc.) - Invitation (a task for you to accomplish this week that can support you in your journey) I will post the affirmation every week right here for the community! You will also be able to find it under Classroom --> Write --> Date of the week we're in. Same for the weekly prompt and invitation. You will find them inside Classroom --> Write --> Date of the week we're in. I will share reminders each week right here once they are posted! Throughout the weeks I will cycle through different types of practices. You will be able to find breath work practices in Classroom --> Breathe --> Name of the practice. You will be able to find EFT Tapping practices in Classroom --> TAP --> Name of the practice. You will be able to find meditation & visualization practices in Classroom --> Meditate --> Name of the practice. You will be able to find somatic practices & anything movement in Classroom --> Move --> Name of the practice. I will alway announce when the practice is uploaded, where it's uploaded and what that week's practice is called. That means there are 4 new opportunities every week to explore yourself and your healing. The 4 practices shared that week will often support one another. Each week the theme/topic is a little bit different. Nothing is mandatory, but you do get out what you put in. However you choose to explore this space, what's offered and yourself along the way, is 100% in your control. You get to move through this journey in a way that serves you and there is no wrong way to move through it.
