This was a first and what a blessing

I never would’ve expected a $100 tip! I get tips all the time, but nothing like this.

This was a 2009 Honda Odyssey. The first vehicle my customer bought when his family came to America, and they absolutely love it. While I was restoring the headlights, he kept telling me how much he appreciated how professional and passionate I am about my work. He even complimented my tool setup.

When I finished, the lights looked incredible. He asked, “How much do I owe you?” I told him $199.00, my standard fee. He looked at me and said, “Charge me $300.”

I was blown away.
