The Unseen Work Matters

Some days in business feel like pushing a boulder uphill. Leads are slow. Customers ghost you. Equipment breaks. You wonder if you’re wasting your time.

Here’s a simple reset that’s helped me more than once: “Do everything as unto the Lord.” (Colossians 3:23) That means your work isn’t only about profit, reputation, or “proving yourself.” It’s worship on work boots.

So today, don’t aim for perfect. Aim for faithful. Show up on time. Answer the message or return the call. Do the job right.Tell the truth.Treat people fairly.Finish what you started.

Even if nobody claps. Even if the numbers aren’t there yet.

God sees the unseen work. And he honours integrity that stays steady when motivation is gone.

Keep doing it. Do it with your whole heart. Not for people. For the Lord.
