Community Standard & Why We Enforce It
This group is built to be a positive, professional, and productive space for people who want to learn, improve, and build real businesses.
From time to time, we make the decision to remove members. Not because of disagreements or differing opinions, but due to consistent negativity or combative behavior that disrupts the learning environment.
Healthy debate is welcome. Questions are welcome. Different perspectives are welcome.What is not welcome is ongoing negativity, hostility, or behavior that pulls the group backward instead of forward.
Even when no specific rule is broken, it’s still our responsibility to protect the culture of the community. If someone is repeatedly creating tension, discouraging others, or turning discussions into conflicts, we will step in.
This isn’t personal. It’s about maintaining a space where:
- People feel comfortable asking questions
- Members can share wins and struggles without being attacked
- The focus stays on growth, learning, and execution
We’re here to help each other succeed. If you bring value, support others, and stay solution-focused, you’ll always be welcome here.
