Bug spray + baking soda + random auto store product

A potential client messaged me today saying he’s got 3 cars he wants me to do, and he used the same bug spray, baking soda and auto store product to try and fix them and as you can see they turned to 💩

Are these fixable, will there still be damage I can fix, what should I tell him?
