Last week we closed on this 10-unit value-add property in Roanoke with a few members from our latest 90 Day Multifamily Sprint.
This one is special to me because it wasn’t just a deal we found and brought to investors.
We actually went through the entire process together:
• Learning the fundamentals
• Identifying the right property
• Structuring the funding
• Navigating due diligence
• Raising capital from outside investors
• Getting it across the closing table
And now the fun part begins — execution.
Our in-house Haven teams will handle the renovation plan, leasing strategy, and day-to-day operations while the group gets to see what operating a real deal actually looks like.

The coolest part is watching people go from “I want to get into multifamily someday” to actually owning part of a building.
