Official introduction
Hi everyone!
I've been here for a few weeks now, but I think it's time to officially introduce myself 😁
I'm Karolina. I’ve always had a deep desire to help people create better workplaces and bridge the gap between technical Quality and the rest of the business (operations, other departments, and overall business perception).
That passion is exactly why I started Quality Chakra Consulting. I believe every organisation already has a quality culture - sometimes we just need to clear away the noise to reveal the best of it and help teams speak the same language: the language of excellence.
No matter what industry you are in, I am always happy to connect, exchange ideas, and help drive excellence where Quality is lived and breathed on a daily basis.
