I’m Emma Thompson, Owner, Director and Client Happiness Manager at Get Smart Accountants.
At Get Smart Accountants, our mission is to provide clear, timely financial insight without jargon or guesswork, so ambitious entrepreneurs can make confident decisions, grow their business and achieve true freedom.
My role is all about making sure our clients feel supported, listened to and looked after throughout their journey with us. I’m often the first point of contact for new clients, helping them feel at ease, understand our process, and know what to expect.
For me, client happiness is about more than good service. It’s about building trust, offering reassurance, and making sure our clients know we’re genuinely in their corner.
