My background: 14 years of accredited leadership development delivery across organisations including BMW, Rolls-Royce, and Liverpool Football Club. MBA with Distinction. PhD candidate at University of Chester — thesis submitting this week after six years. 14 published works.
This year I ran myself through an 84-day self-mastery installation programme I designed — IMPACT 23 From Fate to Destiny™. Lost 61 lbs. Dropped blood pressure from hypertensive to clinical normal. HRV improved significantly. Completed the PhD. Published Book 5. The programme is now open to its founding cohort.
The central idea I work from: most leadership problems are not strategy problems. They are self-governance problems. The business is a direct reflection of the nervous system of the person running it.
