Happy New Year, Lovely Souls of this community! ❣️ I hope everyone had a beautiful end of the year, and now with new energy, you are back and enjoying the first days of 2026. What an exciting year, full of possibilities, love and light! I'm starting this year with a gentle reminder: today is the Mindful Monday Meditation - link in under the calendar. Last week, we released what does not serve us anymore, and today, we'll build the meditation around inviting new energies, more love and light into our lives to set ourselves up for the year. ✨ Christmas reminder ✨
This season isn’t asking you to be brighter, happier, or more grateful than you truly feel. It isn’t asking you to have everything figured out or to carry joy all the time. Christmas is an invitation to come home. To slow down enough to feel your breath. To soften your shoulders. To let warmth reach you — even if it’s quiet, even if it’s subtle. Whether today feels full or heavy… Whether you’re surrounded by people or spending time alone… Whether this year gave you magic, lessons, or grief… You are allowed to be exactly as you are. May this Christmas remind you that presence is enough. That love doesn’t need perfection. That light doesn’t have to be loud to be real. ✨ May you feel held. ✨ May you feel gentle with yourself. ✨ May you remember that you belong — here, now, just as you are. Merry Christmas, beautiful soul. 🤍🎄

Lovely community 🤍 Our Mindful Monday Meditation is happening tomorrow at 9:30 pm instead of today, as I’m flying tonight. ✨ Why we meditate together Meditation isn’t about having a quiet mind. For some people that comes easily - for many of us (including me!!!), it doesn’t. And that’s not a problem. The practice is not to stop your thoughts, but to notice them. You'll see your mind wander - that’s normal. Your only job is to observe it, gently bring your attention back to the present moment, and reconnect with the music and my voice. This simple skill translates into everyday life. You will begin to notice your thoughts instead of being ruled by them. And when you can observe your thoughts, you can change them. What you repeat, you become. Change your thoughts - change your life. This doesn’t happen overnight. That’s why we practice - together - every single week. ✨ 🌿 You might be wondering why I offer these meditations for free every week, and what I gain from it. The truth is, I gain something deeply meaningful. I meditate every single day and have done so for years, and through this practice I’ve experienced profound healing, clarity, and moments of true coming home to myself. But there is something uniquely powerful and sacred about sharing this practice. Bringing people together from all over the world, even for just half an hour, to quiet the mind, soften the heart, and heal together feels incredibly precious and delicate. Guiding this space and witnessing that collective shift fills me with gratitude every single week - I truly feel blessed. 🤍 I just want to say - it truly melts my heart that some of you reached out when you saw it was moved in the calendar. Thank you for your support, and more importantly, for showing up for yourselves week after week. ✨ Judgment is the enemy of love.
And yes - that includes self-love. We often think judgment is harmless. “It’s just an opinion. It’s just how I see things.” But energetically and biologically, judgment does something very specific: it closes the heart. 🌿 What judgment actually does (scientifically) When you judge yourself or others, your system goes into protection mode. - Your brain shifts into threat detection - Your nervous system prepares to defend, fix, compare, attack or withdraw - Stress chemistry rises - The body subtly enters fight/flight or freeze On a brain level, judgment pulls you into separation: “me vs. you, good vs. bad, worthy vs. unworthy” That separation feeling is the opposite of what love does. Love creates connection, safety, and openness. Judgment creates distance, tension, and defence. You can’t be fully open and fully defensive at the same time. The body literally won’t allow it. 💛 Self-judgment: how it blocks self-love Every time you tell yourself: - “I should be further along.” - “I’m not enough.” - “I’m too much.” - “I always mess this up.” your nervous system hears: “I am not safe as I am.” So it contracts. Your heart space tightens. Breath becomes shallow. The body holds its breath around your own existence. Self-judgment doesn’t “motivate” you. It puts you into survival mode around your own identity. And in survival, love struggles to flow. 🌌 Spiritually: why judgment and love don’t coexist From a spiritual perspective, love is recognition: the recognition that underneath all patterns, pain, stories and roles - there is something pure, conscious and whole. Judgment locks onto the surface. It fixates on behaviour, labels, mistakes, timelines, and appearances. Love sees essence. Judgment sees the mask and calls it the truth. Love says: “I see your humanity and your divinity.” Judgment says: “I reduce you to the part of you I don’t like.” When you judge yourself, you’re doing the same: reducing your entire being to a moment, a pattern, a trait. That reduction is a form of inner violence.
