The Role: We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Online English Language Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will: - Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic online English lessons to small groups of secondary school students. - Engage and motivate teenage learners through interactive and student-centred teaching strategies. - Collaborate with management to refine and evolve the course structure over time, ensuring continuous improvement. - Play an active role in shaping the programme from its early stages, contributing ideas and innovations as part of a growing start-up initiative. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy developing new programmes and actively contributing to their evolution. It is not suitable for those seeking to follow an established curriculum with fixed guidelines and procedures. Requirements: Essential: (Applicants who do not meet the essential requirements will not be considered under any circumstances.
