What would you do?
Okay, starting July 17th, I will be working 7 days a week, until the 1st week of September. . I am a Server and work at the Racetrack 4 days a week where I do about 10-15k steps daily carrying super heavy trays for about 8 hrs a day. The other 3 days are at a different restaurant where I average about 10k steps a day, but not carrying heavy things. Just a lot of running around for about 5-6 hours.
I'm over 60, don't work out because I'm truly exhausted, and cannot risk accidentallypulling something. Lol. I'm already on Tirz, 1.5 a week for maintenance. Do not need to lose more weight.I take a lot of supplements and HRT. Testosterone gel.
I need a good stack for.....
Mental clarity-brain power, memory
Energy- Good mood, endurance
Support for my muscles so they don't break down.
Pain- dealing with massive back pain with aches & pains
Immune support- I just cannot afford to be sick.
Interested to hear everyone's suggestions. I have a stash of most peps.
(PS. On another site someone recommended just taking HGH?)
