Brain Blood Vessels BPC-157

Hello everyone, I have a question about rebuild/replacement of dead blood vessels. I'm 60 years old and a veteran. I have bad hearing. So bad in one ear that the Doctor thought it could be neurological. So they did a MRI of my brain. They came back with age degeneration of small blood vessels. Which can lead to dementia or alzheimers.

So could BPC-157 help with new growth blood vessels? I would really like be in my right mind until the day I die. Not put my family through taking care of me. Trust me its harder on the family than the person that has it.
