Today I hit legs to start the week. Remember that all testosterone comes from legs so it’s a natural testosterone booster to hit legs. When legs are pumped the rest of the body follows I’m a big believer of progressive overload training and going heavy to really push your muscles to grow. If you can hit more than 8 reps on your sets then weight is too low Here’s the leg day I did today 1.) 4 sets of leg extension 2.) 4 sets of squats 3.) 4 sets of calf raises 4.) 4 sets of hammy leg curls 5.) 4 sets of single leg exemption Will be posting videos here to show you but try this for now 💪
