Leg day Monday
Today I hit legs to start the week. Remember that all testosterone comes from legs so it’s a natural testosterone booster to hit legs. When legs are pumped the rest of the body follows I’m a big believer of progressive overload training and going heavy to really push your muscles to grow. If you can hit more than 8 reps on your sets then weight is too low Here’s the leg day I did today 1.) 4 sets of leg extension 2.) 4 sets of squats 3.) 4 sets of calf raises 4.) 4 sets of hammy leg curls 5.) 4 sets of single leg exemption Will be posting videos here to show you but try this for now 💪

Back and abs today
100 pull ups, wide grip overhand. 10 sets of 10. Then 125 abs wheels and 100 leg raises. On the road so hit these on the fly. No excuses Do as I do and you’ll get same results
