Guitar plugins on zoom call.

I want to teach a friend of mine some things... but I don´t seem to be able to make him hear my guitar. This is, the guitar sound I hear from my plugin. we had a zoom call in which we shared screen and both could hear the other´s screen (youtube for example), and we can hear de guitar acoustically... but we can´t hear it through a standalone plugin. Is this even possible? I have a relatively good computer and an Audient Sono with headphones.. no monitors as of yet.

Any help? thank you!
