1 Song Forever 😳♾️🎶
Let's pretend... For some ungodly reason you're only allowed to listen to 1 song for the rest of your life. What would it be? I'm going the classic answer is "Bohemian Rhapsody" Because it's long and has so many sections, solos, vocals are all great. How about you?

100 & .I keep going back to this one again and again, One thing also that worked wonders for me with reducing tension is to play phrases, take short breaks, relax all the muscles and then repeat them. Ever since I introduced these micro stops in the phrases I play, I have been able to teach my body to gradually let loose more and more. As Someone who had tendonitis in the past, this is an absolute must in moving forward. Great teaching :)
New lesson 🎸 How to Finally Feel Comfortable Holding the Guitar
I’ve been working with a lot of students lately who have been playing for months (even years) but still feel awkward holding the guitar. It’s way more common than you think. So I put together a full lesson that walks through everything: 1. How to hold the guitar 2. How to fret notes cleanly 3. How to grip the pick 4. How tight your strap should be, 5. A simple mindset shift that removes tension while you play. You can watch the full lesson here, and the transcript is included below. If you need the PDF or want to follow along step-by-step, it’s waiting for you in the classroom. Let me know if anything feels off or unclear — happy to help. 🙌

@Jake Galambos Ah, damn Les Pauls re notorious for that . I sometimes can feel it in my lower back already as well. Especially bending my knees and the way I stand and standing up straight has been such a huge factor I need to watch out for, I realized the past years playing.

@Jake Galambos Well, I don't think anybody could blame you for picking a Les Paul ;)
😱 Stage Freight is CURABLE 💊
I used to get stage freight so bad I'd throw up before every gig I played. But, through trial and error - I got past it and you can too! In this video I share the 3 biggest tips to feel confident at a jam, open mic, or even just for your family AND the SILENT CONFIDENCE KILLER you can fi just by knowing about it.

Thanks for sharing this. :) I remember having two major phases of stage fright: 1. When I started gigging at 19 years old 2. When I was about 26 or 27 years old, when I was going on stage and singing for the first time, which was infinitely worse I tried out many techniques back then to make it easier, but , the only thing that really made it work was to keep on doing it and do it again and again. Just realize afterwards that most of my fears were unfounded, and even when they were founded, nobody minded them as much as me
