I cannot create a new ads campaign

After everything is set and I click “Launch campaign,” the page scrolls to the top, no error messages are shown, but it’s impossible to save the campaign. Is it only my issue, or has somebody experienced the same today?

Also, two books unexpectedly got the status "Live. With unpublished changes," even though I never requested any changes. There were no messages from Amazon about it.

I'd like to understand whether this is a widespread issue before I contact support.
