Healing After Hurt
For women whoโ€™ve carried the weight of it all โ€” trauma, toxic love, single motherhood, and doing it all with no help. Iโ€™ve lived through abuse, addiction, loss, and raising four kids alone while fighting to become the mom and woman I wanted to be.I learned that healing starts when you stop giving your pain the power โ€” and start protecting your energy, setting boundaries, and responding with peace instead of reaction. This is your space to heal, grow, and learn the real building blocks of self-love and strength. No shame. No judgment. Just real stories, real tools, and women who understand. ๐Ÿ’•

Journal
Make sure you write to yourself in a journal. Keep a log of all of your moments of growth, progress and change. Write down why you are proud of yourself, and how you noticed a change from before. This will help you to stay in the mindset of wanting more, and setting even bigger goals, and accomplishing them. When you have a bad day or self doubt, open the first page and start reading. You will then be astonished at the progress that youโ€™ve already made and didnโ€™t even realize it. When you finish one, start a new one, and keep all of them, and before you know it. You will have a book on your life and how amazing and strong you really are and just didnโ€™t give yourself the credit. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฉท
