AI is a great tool, not a good master. All the power and wisdom we need in life are already within us - and that stays true even when approaching AI. However, AI can be a great assistant in helping us sort information or propose new directions. We as humans are directly connected to the source through inspiration and intuition - which is something AI in its current state does not have. Like Rick Rubin outlined beautifully in one interview - if you give a movie script to 5 different AIs, over a long period of time, you would eventually get 5 identical films. If you give a movie script to 5 great film directiors, you'll get 5 very different movies. That is the beauty of this human experience - our unique perspective on existence. If our technological advancement shall be sustainable and in harmony with who we are as humanity, we need to balance this technological progress with our inner integrity and wisdom. As the power and intelligence of AI rises, so should our heart's. Without it, giving our own power away will start to be tempting and we might lead ourselves to a dystopian future where humans will start being dependent on AI in questions of their own life-force, relationships, direction, inspiration... And in that moment, we are no longer the masters - we are slowly turning into slaves. It's pretty much the same with addictions of any kind. What is your relationship with that which you use? Is it a tool? Does it lead or does it help achieve your goal? If it takes more than it gives, are you able to lay off it? Does your power fully belong to you while being in this relationship? Those are important questions to keep in mind when dealing with "tools" of any kind. Good asistant, not a great master!
