Today's thoughts
Shadow work is necessary to be able to hold the light. It's easy to flow with life and show love when we feel good. When darkness comes to the surface, the real challenge begins. That's when deep integrity is required to not get pulled back in the same fear based beliefs we were used to in the past, and be able to transmute even darkness into something of service - to us, the ones we love, all of humanity, Gaia. And to be able to do that, aspects of us we kept in the dark - our pain, shame, guilt, anxiety - have to be integrated as a part of our being.
