Yo ! Any cool habits you've been trying out lately?
My recent Grooves addition has been running & lifting 3x / week. I've done both for 5+ years, but I've never actually known the impacts both actions have on my mood, outlook, etc. I do know that I feel antsy when I go a day or two without any movement.
Excited to see what I find out!
