Hey guys just a little life update since joining the community a week ago.
Since joining I’ve focused on making a few changes to my day to day based on Fil’s classroom that have made great improvements to my productivity and accountability;
- Waking up at 5:30 every day
- Only setting one non-snooze alarm to get up
- Not touching social media in the gym
- Making ‘rest days’ still active by taking my dogs for a long walk
Overall, feeling really great, much more energised and accountable when I’m putting in work, and more productive each day. Looking forward to what the next week will bring! 👊🏻
