Focuses On 2026 Pt 1
1. Use AI to buy back time. Get rid of the small, repetitive stuff. Use AI to think clearer, decide faster, and free up mental space. 2. Make decisions off facts, not emotion. Stop guessing. Look at numbers, patterns, and reality before you act. 3. Focus on long-term moves, not busy work. Work on direction, systems, and positioning — not just today’s tasks. 4. Get better with people. Clear communication, hard conversations, leadership, and trust matter more than ever. 5. Keep upgrading yourself short learning sprints. Apply immediately. Improve as you go. 6. Be ruthless with priorities. Cut anything that doesn’t move the needle. Double down on what compounds. 7. Stay calm and adaptable things will change fast. The guy who stays steady wins. Bottom line: Automate the noise. Think bigger. Lead better. Do work that stacks over time.

A favour to ask!
Hey guys in the spirit of sharing and helping this holiday season, I have a small favour… Send this blueprint out via an invite link to 5 of your mates that would be appreciated. Just trying to get as many people in here before next years shenanigans kick off and things will be different :) In the mean time, digest the course and message me some feedback. Going to keep adding to it in the coming months! Fil 🦾

EOY Thoughts
As we wrap up another year, I’ve been reflecting on how quickly twelve months can pass. One moment you’re setting goals, saying “This is my year,” and the next you’re counting down the final days wondering where the time went. I’ve lived that cycle more times than I’d like to admit. But this year was different for me. This year, I stopped waiting. For those who’ve been following my journey, you’ll know that I made a big shift. I stepped away from a decade-long career in construction — a career that was familiar, stable, and predictable — and I took a bet on myself. I moved to Bali, spent time in Thailand, and eventually returned to Sydney with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and a blueprint for the next chapter of my life. And trust me… none of that happened because I “felt ready.” It happened because I finally realised that waiting for the perfect moment is the biggest trap of all. Why Most People Don’t Start Let’s be honest: most people procrastinate not because they’re lazy, but because they’re scared. Scared of failing. Scared of wasting time. Scared of what others will say. Scared that they’re not good enough yet. I’ve been there. I told myself I’d make a change “after this project finished,” “after I saved a bit more money,” “after I felt more confident,” “after I figured everything out.” But here’s the hard truth: If you’re waiting for fear to disappear before you act, you’ll be waiting your whole life. Fear doesn’t go away — you just learn to move with. if you’re going to bet on something, bet on yourself everyday of the year!

Started shopify
Hey everyone, another quick update — I’ve officially started Shopify dropshipping! Launched my ads on Friday and by Saturday morning I made my first sale: $34.95 USD. Super pumped to keep learning and scaling… the income streams are really starting to build now. I also want to give a big thank you to Fil for all his support and to anyone watching this: go after your passions. Start now, even if it’s small — momentum builds fast. Can’t wait to see how much we all grow for the rest of the year and beyond. Keep hustling, legends. Also here is a link to the store https://sketchglow.shop/
