Lack of Self Belief
My personal journey to success. My belief was that achieving the highest level of education was necessary for my current position. However, upon reflecting on my past experiences from 15 years ago, I recognize that I did not initially possess any formal degrees. Despite this, I acquired knowledge and skills through practical experience gained while actively running my business. My current success is not solely attributed to formal education but also to the hands-on learning acquired through my entrepreneurial endeavors. Therefore I could understand when you mentioned " the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago.
