Day 2. Offer Re(Creation) Challenge
Yesterday, you built the offer. Today, we do three things that turn it from a Google doc into something you can put into the world. First — we pressure-test it. Out loud. Because if your nervous system can't hold the name and the price when you say them aloud, neither can your buyer. Second — we build the list. Fifty real humans. Not a niche, not an ideal customer avatar. Real names of real people you actually know who could benefit. Third — we write the invitation. Not a sales page. A short, personal message that opens a conversation. Today's work: • Read your offer name and tagline aloud to a few people. Say the price out loud. Notice where you flinch — refine if needed. • List 50 real humans you can send the invitation to. Past clients, warm leads, peers, audience members, dormant contacts. (See page 2 of the tracker for a 10-category prompt list.) • Choose one of the three invitation angles on the tracker — the Feedback Angle, the Past Client Angle, or the Direct Invitation. Write your message. • Post your invitation draft below for feedback before you send tomorrow. Tick all four activities. Colour your Day 2 star. Day 1: Offer (Re)Creation Challenge.
I'm so excited to do this with you! Today is the build day. The heavy day. The day when you sit down with the seven steps and turn the work you already do into an offer that does the selling for you. Here's what's true about Day 1: most of you already have a graceful offer running underneath your work. You've just never named it, structured it, or priced it for the depth of the change you actually deliver. Today, we fix that. Today's work: • Block 60–90 minutes with no interruptions. Phone face-down. This is time set apart. • Open the Graceful Offer Builder OR pull out your printed Workbook — pick the format you prefer. • Work through all seven steps. Don't skip the framework discovery on Step 3 — that's where most of the magic is. • Save or print your finished offer document. • Tick all four activities on your tracker. Colour your Day 1 star.
