Since Christmas I’ve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. I’ve put on a lot (for me)… I have two days before I’m on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.

although the two do not go together 😂 How do I learn more about wingman as its finally working?🥳 And What the hell is anti-bliz? I get its about working on health, relationships etc... but what else does it entail? Is it do it as a two-some, three-some even orgy 😂 as @Rositsa Aleksandrova suggested (love that btw😂) here Have I been in a cave whilst this is all going on!! Or in my own wee world in Bali searching for geese!!!!
