Hello silly goosers... I just wanted to share a personal win on a number of levels: I Just posted my longest YT Video YET: 3.5 hours!!! ( https://youtu.be/roYQt9rL8Kc ) Why does this matter? 1. It was stressing me out not having this completed (it took over a month of my spare time...) 2. It's really helped me to hone the skills I use both to make money AND to demonstrate/teach to others to help THEM make money 3. My YT channel is the primary funnel to get high-value members into the AI Freedom Finders community 4. I now have headspace to think about March Blitz (and the cohort work I need to do...) Today, I'm going over all my cohort videos and notes, creating an action plan and going to work through it. If you can show the video some love (likes/watches/bookmark/follow me etc) I would be SUPER grateful. It all helps me spread the word of obtaining freedom through AI. 🇬🇧

Since Christmas I’ve been stressed. For me stress always comes with eating too much and the wrong stuff. And not exercising enough. So, yeh, a bad combo for weight. I’ve put on a lot (for me)… I have two days before I’m on leave for a week. Pretty much no tech for 7 days. Will just be touching base with my community. On return my focus is moving more, eating healthy (and early) to stop bad cravings.
