I will hit 1,000 members in my community by the end of Jan... and I have 1 paying member 😭 I know it's my fault. i am ready & willing to learn. I don't think it should be easy or anything, but I thought the hard part would be getting people who are interested, not getting interested people to actually act. I knew not everyone would want to be a premium / vip member, but I also didn't expect a literal 0.001 conversion ratio 😭 Tell me what I am doing wrong, roast me, whatever it takes! I just want to get better!

Hi everyone!! I'm Katie. I had the pleasure of meeting the fantastic @Goose Dunlavey at the Skool Games last year after my community Cosmic Creators last minute came 4th in Self-Development in Q3 of the Games!! Backstory: From November 2024 until July 2025 I had about 20 members. Then BAM! In August, my YouTube channel took off and 200+ members joined within a 4-week period. Next thing I know I'm at the Skool Games in LA. You know that story of the Stonecutter’s Creedo - a stonecutter hammers away at his rock, hits it a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Then the hundred and first blow splits it in two. It wasn't the last whack but all the ones before that blow that did it. This is one of the most important lessons I have learned throughout this entire process. Keep compounding, don't lose faith, because every whack adds up and one day you'll hit your tipping point. Now here I am - because I want to make my community as spectacular and fun as it can be and this is just the place to do it. - 🦄 Favorite color? Lilac - 🌈 Favorite Pokemon?
