My Anti-Blitz
No huge βnew year new me goalsβ, Iβm following the KISS method and ensuring I either walk daily or do a walking workout daily in my living room (thanks to the endless rain in the UK π). So far Iβve stuck with it for 90% of the time, my biggest challenge is my hyper mobility and ongoing feet issues, but no pain no gainπΆπ»ββοΈ
