No huge “new year new me goals”, I’m following the KISS method and ensuring I either walk daily or do a walking workout daily in my living room (thanks to the endless rain in the UK 🙄). So far I’ve stuck with it for 90% of the time, my biggest challenge is my hyper mobility and ongoing feet issues, but no pain no gain🚶🏻‍♀️

I'm Rose, my favorite color is the lavender at dusk 🌙and my favorite pokemon is either ninetales or chandelure. I run a meditation & discussion space est. 2017, where I host guided meditations, sound baths, and teach people how develop their ESP. We also talk about super interesting subjects like philosophy and scientific breakthroughs. Right now my biggest concern is getting as much ported to the skool from the old platform, then of course traffic & engagement will be on those heels. Got any advice for someone new to skool? 🤝🤝🤝
