My community is crickets - I'm thinking of posting this to my group: Can I be honest for a minute? I've been building this community for months now, and lately I've been wondering if I'm solving a problem people actually want solved. I offer live coaching, Q&A sessions, Saturday Skool (for newbies), resources, downloads, templates, and training. Yet most days it feels like the same handful of people are participating while everyone else watches from the sidelines. The paying memberships have been especially challenging. Even at $9/month, I've seen people come and go, which honestly surprises me considering what a cup of coffee costs these days. So I'm curious... What would make this community more valuable to you? What would help you show up more often? What do you need that you're not getting? I'm not looking for compliments. I'm looking for honest feedback. Because if I'm going to keep investing my time and energy into this, I want to make sure I'm building something people actually want. See this is not my community, but I’m posting a question in it. So my question is, how do YOU encourage people to make posts in your community as opposed to just commenting on posts that you make?? I say this because I feel like my community members as they don’t understand or maybe don’t feel invited or possibly feel insecure about making their own posts.. It really is a curiosity for me.
