Hello everyone, My name is Jason Strickland, and I run The Art of Poetry community on Skool. Over the past few months we’ve been building a supportive space for poets to share their work, grow together, and celebrate the craft. I’ve been thinking about something that could be really fun for the broader Skool ecosystem. What if we organized a Skool-wide Poetry Contest? The idea would be simple: • Multiple poetry communities participate • Each community can invite their poets to submit one poem • Judges could be selected from different communities to keep it fair • Winners receive recognition across all participating communities • Most importantly — it brings poets together across Skool This wouldn’t be about competing with each other as communities. It would be about celebrating poetry and connecting poets across the platform. If you run a poetry or writing community and this sounds interesting, I’d love to talk and see if we can organize something together. @Melissa Steiner and I are blitzing for ourselves and our communities. My wins so far: I got new cover photos in for my 2 main courses and have almost completely reorganized my first course, Did work on 2 other courses and also have up some paid offers. I haven't had anyone take advantage of them yet and If you don't have them set up people can't do them. (Workshop is outside my community and will show up in external resources) And in the last month I've had 12 new members which is 30% growth, And they're really cool people, which was made possible with @Tiffany Noel Taylor 's help with my about page last month.
