A long time ago, when I thought I had a shitty life, I left it all to ride freight trains. I came back from the journey with a new spirit. The world felt like a big and interesting place, and I wanted to experience all of it. I rode more freight trains. I sat in tree platforms to stop the logging of old growth forests. I rode my bike across the country, and a few years later I rode it across Italy. I felt like humanity was meant to have adventures. Not just a "Hero's Journey" but a smorgasbord of Hero's Journeys, a new adventure every month. I convinced a few other people to live more adventurously, and when someone didn't need convincing I helped them find the courage or at least the permission. I started my Skool community to do more of this, but it's different now. My first freight train ride was 34 years ago. Now I'm an old farmer. The old character you meet in the tavern who doesn't join you on your quest but he gives you a map and tells you how to defeat the dragon. It's kind of an identity crisis. I don't want to give up being the adventurer, but if given the chance I'd rather stay home and put a new roof on the chicken run. But if you're ready to ride into battle, come talk to me first. I've got potions and armor that might help. Even a couple of magic swords stashed away in the back of the barn. And I know where to find the treasure. Anyway, how have you changed over the years? Also, I'm only 115 points away from graduating from an 🍆 to a 🍇. Help me bottle a new vintage of Aglianico in the near future.

It's a small win but something I'm super proud of. 🥹 I started SKOOL 3 weeks ago and now have 19 members. 🚀 Today we had our first coffee hour, and I totally expected it would just be me sitting on my own drinking coffee, but no! 3 others turned up, and we had a lovely chat! 🤩 No agenda, just a rambling conversation about how we manage our businesses (which, after all, is what my SKOOL is about), and we all learnt something new from each other. 🤓 Very happy 😀
