🍓 Pick ur Niche (w/out overthinking it)
Since I have to help 69 people go on skool full time in a year: This is the FIRST BEEFY ONE of the how to series. Please let me know if this is too long or you want more of this! Most people don’t have a niche they have… ✨an identity crisis✨ “who do i help??” so they sit therethinkingresearchingwatching 69 YT videos instead of just… starting meanwhile someone less skilled is already making money so HERES the friggin breakdown: your niche is NOT some magical perfect decision its this: 👉 WHO you help 👉 WHAT problem you solve 👉 HOW you solve it thats it not that deep (thats what she said) For example: “i help gym bros who cant talk to girls get dates in 30 days” or “i help skool owners stop churn using simple automations” Lets pretend u got a heart problem r u going to: - a random doctor who “knows all kinds of stuff”or - heart specialist who does this all day? exactly so u cant be “for everyone” when you don’t pick a niche: - your offer feels vague - your content feels generic - nobody feels like ur talking to them translation: 👉 nobody cares so where does your niche ACTUALLY come from? - not trends - not copying gurus - not “top 10 niches 2026” its already in your life 3 places: 1. problems you solved what did you struggle with for way too long? what finally clicked? people don’t want info they want someone who’s BEEN THERE 2. stuff you’ve been paid for what do people already trust you to do? what would someone recommend you for? (usually this one is hiding in plain sight btw) 3. things you enjoy yes this matters no it’s not enough on its own the sweet spot is: 👉 you like it 👉 you’re good at it 👉 people need it quick reality check before you commit: ask this: 1. are people already aware of this problem? (if not → good luck selling it) 2. are people already paying for it? (if yes → congrats, money exists) competition = validation not your enemy final thing: your niche will probably change

@Goose Dunlavey Niche: Helping people grow FB pages organically and earn through content monetization and getting traffic to websites (like Skool). By the way, love this. Valuable!

🔥 The Goose Roast
First of all, I want to repeat that I am very humbled & grateful to have my above page and community roasted by the one and only @Goose Dunlavey! I have made the adjustments that he suggested: - Shorter about page copy - Change about page copy to reflect more results/fun/ease than all of the mechanics & hard work - Very simple, granular first steps in the classroom instead of overwhelming, complex things - Probably something else... but I'm always a work in progress. I hope those things help you! If you want to get some ideas for yourself (or if you have any other feedback, I'm open to it), you can check out my about page here. Shoutout to Goose! And, if you're reading this, you're next... submit your shit and get support!

@Rositsa Aleksandrova Just finished watching the whole thing and should say it's super awesome. I would love to be roasted like that 😂. Huge value in a single call. When I was watching @Erin Attwood's community roast, it just got to my mind that why not include about 3 testimonials in the about page description (in addition to the video you already have). So, visitors may find some relatable cases to make them sign up. Ex. - Jenny lost 15 lb in 6 weeks (....link to testimonial...) - Ana is in a 60-day consistent strike after being inconsistent for... (....link to testimonial...) - Emma fixed her bad eating habits... etc. (... link) These examples may not be good. But, hope you got what I mean here. You can host your testimonials on a separate site and provide links to specific ones. And, once people go there, they will probably go through many of them, and it may influence them more to sign up. I'm not an expert by any means. Got the idea and thought of sharing.
