Installed Skool Goose
My plan: go from 9-to-5 to full-time CEO of my own business and I'm documenting every step publicly. I started with just a website and an email list. Slow going. Built to about 800 engaged subscribers over 8 months which felt like pushing a boulder uphill. Then I created a Skool community just over a month ago. The difference in connection and engagement is night and day. People actually talk here 😆. They reply, they share, they show up. If I get a reply to an email its such a win but also so infrequent (probably says more about my emails than anything else!), Skool feels like a real room. Still in my 9-to-5 and still figuring this out.

🎷GET SAXXY GOT GOOSED
🎷 From Koh Phangan… to Goosify. For the last 1.5 months, I’ve been showing up to Goose’s free Goose Boost calls every week. Listening. Taking notes. Testing. I run a Turkish Saxophone Learners community called Get Saxxy and something beautiful has been happening… I’m taking what Goose shares about community leadership, skool layout tips, copywriting tricks and then adapting it in my own way for musicians. And it’s working. Even more beautiful.. Sometimes I hear Goose or other community friends mention things I’ve been testing inside my own community:D And honestly that feels like having a 3rd-party “pro-community builder sanity check” 😄 Building dreams together here… Learning from each other… Watching people win… That’s been incredibly meaningful. Big love to @Goose Dunlavey . Big love to Skool. Big love to the Goosify team. And big love to everyone here building something real. Let’s keep making the world a better place for all of us by fulfilling our true potential and get $$ doing it 🎷❤️

🍓 How to get ur FIRST win (without being an expert)
my goal: help 69 people go skool full time this year 🪿 Ive talked to THOUSANDS of skoolers around the world Hundreds of skool games winners And worked with sam and alex on all this. Most people think: “i need more skills before i can charge” Nope. u have no idea how wrong that is u don’t need to be the best u just need to be:👉 1–2 steps ahead no one started as “experts” plus while ur stuck someone less skilled is already making money so HERES the friggin breakdown: your first win is NOT: - a course - a funnel - a brand - its this: 👉 solving ONE problem for ONE person 👉 and getting a result even for free at first for example: you don’t say:“i’m a skool growth expert” you say: “i’ll help u get 5 new members this week” or “i’ll help u stop 2 people from churning” specific > impressive heres what you actually do: 1. find someone with a problem (you already did this) 2. offer to help them get a result 3. do the work WITH them not for them WITH them this is important because now: 👉 you learn 👉 they get a result 👉 you have proof and proof = money this is where it flips: after you get a result you don’t say: “i hope more people find me” you say: 👉 “i just did this for X, want the same?” that’s it no complicated sales no content machine yet just proof → repeat now heres the part people avoid: your first few wins will feel messy good that’s how you know it’s real clean systems come AFTER wins not before so if you’ve been stuck “preparing” this is your sign go get 1 win then another then we scale it comment the ONE result u think u could help someone get this week 🪿 Don’t know yet? Book a call HERE to solve it immediately👇 i might help a few of u get ur next win faster 👉 don’t believe me. test it 🪿

Leave early, miss traffic, enjoy the views.
I leave early in the morning to miss traffic. I'm lucky enough to work flexi hours. At the destination I sit and watch the sunrise and enjoy the fresh air. Start my first job around 07:30 finish around 13:00. Then I can Skool for the rest of the day...who here has a day job and Skool? How do you maximize your time on Skool? I need to get out of my day job and full time on Skool! Hi ho, hi ho...it's off to work I go...

To like, or not to like, yourself!
Hey I'm old Skool, I could possibly be the oldest man in the group, but that's a different topic. Something that fascinates me is the I like myself population growth. I see there is a large portion of people liking their own content, be it a post or a comment. I also heard someone say its creates a false sense of visibility. Others think the comment was liked, and follow like ducks in a row. . I simply don't get that. Sometimes I'd catch myself in the rush of Blitz, where I accidentally did. Then I even unlike myself 😁 I believe it does not count towards Blitz. I think Goose once said Wingman is watching. Maybe one of the like my-selfers in here can convert me. I heard it does count towards Skool activity. Does it? Maybe someone has an algorithm secret to share.
