So, I am a new user of Wingman and this is a manual for those like me (zero tech skills). Cause I took me a while to figure it out and thanks to @Shubham Borad and @Rositsa Aleksandrova I managed to do it (finally). STEP1: Click here to upgrade. It's worth it, the price is super, and Wingman is a very useful tool to see the health of your community, schedule tasks and other wonderful stuff (which I am using, I swear). STEP 2: You need GOOGLE CHROME browser on your PC and a gmail address!!! (Do not use other creative browsers like I did, it doesn´t work). If you have another email you can add it afterwards. STEP 3: Go to this address and download the Chrome extension. skoolgoose.com (This step was tricky for me cause the classroom on Goosify is one page with something, a video of something else and bla bla bla - too complicated) STEP 4: Now go to this address and log-in: https://skool.goosify.io/crm or use the extensions SETTING Button to log in and click on import communities. DONE! Enjoy! You can see your members, the conversion rate, churn rate, change members status and churn risk. And you have to wait for 14 days to see community health data so be patient and grab a ☕ I hope it helps and have a wonderful week!
