So I guess it's natural that after the excitement of an initial launch things die down, but this is starting to freak me out. We were at 99% engagement for ages which has dropped right down to 84%, I've had 31 people churn last month and new members coming in has stalled considerably to just 1 or 2 a day. This health score from Wingman has totally made me worry, especially the bottom left box with a Rank score of -66623! Please, any and all insights most appreciated!
