A lot of communities don’t actually struggle because of growth…
They struggle because once people join, things feel a bit unclear.
No simple flow
No clear next step
No real reason to stay engaged
And over time, people slowly drift away.
From what I’ve seen, small changes in how a community is structured can completely change how people show up and interact.
