Hello everyone👋
“What’s your main goal in this community, and how can others here help you achieve it?” Curious to hear from everyone:

One thing I’ve been paying close attention to lately
It’s not just about how your community is structured… It’s about how people actually interact with that structure. You can have: • a “start here” post • well-organized modules • clear resources But still see low engagement. Why? Because most communities struggle with: – Members not following the flow – People ignoring pinned posts – Low engagement after onboarding So the focus shouldn’t only be on structure. It should also be on: -how members are guided through the experience -how they behave once they join -and how easily they’re encouraged to take action That’s where the real difference happens. Curious!!! Have you noticed this in your own community?

Something I’ve been noticing across a lot of communities
It’s not that people don’t care. It’s not even that the content isn’t good. It’s usually a lack of structure. When members join and there’s no clear direction. no simple starting point. no flow to follow. they don’t engage not because they don’t want to, but because they’re not sure how to. So they observe. then slowly disappear. A well structured community makes it easy: • people know where to start • they understand what to do next • and they feel more comfortable participating Without that, even the best communities can feel quiet. Curious to hear!!! Do you feel like your community has a clear structure right now, or is it something you’re still working on?
Be honest for a second 😅
You log into your community like: Today I’m going to post, engage, connect everything. Then 10 minutes later: scroll like scroll log out And you tell yourself: I’ll be active tomorrow 😂 No judgment we’ve all been there. So right now, you’re more like: A) Silent observer B) Professional liker C) Occasional commenter D) Actually posting and engaging Drop your letter below 👇 let’s see where everyone’s at
