It’s not just about how your community is structured… It’s about how people actually interact with that structure. You can have: • a “start here” post • well-organized modules • clear resources But still see low engagement. Why? Because most communities struggle with: – Members not following the flow – People ignoring pinned posts – Low engagement after onboarding So the focus shouldn’t only be on structure. It should also be on: -how members are guided through the experience -how they behave once they join -and how easily they’re encouraged to take action That’s where the real difference happens. So they observe. then slowly disappear. A well structured community makes it easy: • people know where to start • they understand what to do next • and they feel more comfortable participating Without that, even the best communities can feel quiet.
