For this monthβs anti-blitz and I are counting steps. Both of us have mobility challenges, so we are encouraging each other to do more than normal. My βnormalβ is between 1000-1500, and my anti-blitz goal is 2000+ a day. I started strong but came down with the flu on Tuesday, 2/10. By that night, I decided rest was more important since I was feeling like π©
