PERIOD There are many factors that contribute to you getting a good nights sleep and getting real rest. It is also one of the factors amongst many in having a healthy life 👽 and having clear thinking 💭🤔💖 and the capacity to focus 🧘🏼‍♀️🖕❤️‍🔥 and longevity. 🏄🏼‍♂️🐒❤️‍🔥 What do you do to insure a good nights sleep??

I see this a lot on the platform and specifically in this community where people will reply with just a GIF. From what I can see there are whole threads of just people replying with GIFs. I just wondered what people's thoughts are because for me I feel like it sometimes shuts down the conversation. Maybe I'm just new to GIFs and not using them properly so I wonder what other people's thoughts are or whether people are doing it as a quick response so they can move on to the next thing.

I can’t think of anyone better to ask than this group. You guys know how to get people engaged In a way I’ve never witnessed before! How do I give stuff away in a way that doesn’t seem like it’s fake? “Free soda” - big print “1 / day” - small print “with paid membership” - tiny print ^ this seems to just be the norm now. I think it’s false advertising, but I guess the powers that be disagree. I really want to give something of value away.. how do I without making it seem worthless by making the price free?

When I started my community back in March, I optimistically thought the people would just roll in there like nothing - no sweat. It didn't turn out that way... 🙈 I slowly began to learn the techniques of community growth and changed my perspective. 🐌 I learned the importance of showing up every day - even if you're only showing up for yourself in the beginning (don't ask me how many coffee chats I had with myself 🥰🤣) Started the blitz on May 5 with 56 members and woke up this morning to 101. 🥳 And I'm so excited!! We all know the excitement we get from every new member request (@Jason Scott - don't say anything 👀🤣) What is your membership at today - let's celebate it!!!
