Lately I’ve been thinking about creativity less like starting a fire
And more like owning one 🔥
At first the spark is easy
But over time the real work is tending it
A lot of burnout doesn’t come from lack of passion
It comes from how we treat the fire
Too much pressure
Too much fuel
Or walking away too long
Or even just too .. many … damn … fires 🔥
