Just hit 25 members in a community I created for creatives, and it honestly feels like a beautiful thing. It let me know that the space I built is actually needed. I’m trying to be intentional about celebrating wins — big or small — and showing appreciation early. I just set up a small giveaway for my members as a thank-you.
