Vulnerability is key 🌈

Well done to everyone for an excellent Blitz! My Blitz didn't go quite as planned (but then a cancer diagnosis mid-month has a way of reshuffling your priorities).

BUT! And this is huge. I did manage to claw back my star, so I'm chuffed as Larry. (I assume Larry's chuffed... but who knows).

What I didn't expect was how much the timing ended up mattering for my community.

We spent May doing a deep dive into practice mindset, which already had everyone getting pretty vulnerable about the horrible things we say to ourselves as creatives. So when I found myself being more open with my community than usual about what I was going through personally, it didn't feel out of place. It felt like it fit.

And I think all that vulnerability was actually one of the things that made things feel more alive this month.
